Return & Exchange
There are some terms & conditions:
We have a prompt and simple exchange/return procedure. However, before submitting a return or exchange request, bear the following in mind:
All products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the day they are delivered to clients.
- No returns will be accepted after the seventh day, even if the items are unopened and still have their tags on.
- Customers must have left products unwashed and unused.
- The products and articles must still have all of their tags attached in order to be eligible for exchange or return, and the customer must provide us with a copy of the original receipt in order to be refunded or exchanged.
- Requests for exchange and returns must be made formally by sending a message to +92 (311) 781 3888.
- Customers are fully responsible for paying the cost of sending the goods back to us via courier in order for exchange or return requests to be processed.
- We will begin the exchange or return process once we receive the returned goods from clients via courier service (personal delivery of packages is not allowed).
- The return and exchange procedures will only be started and completed after a complete product inspection.
- We shall not begin the exchange or return process if the goods that have been returned to us are in any way damaged.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the courier for returning the item via delivery.
- For returns or exchange, TinyTikes will not cover any shipping expenses. . If there is a refund, the shipping costs of Rs. 200 for delivery to your address will be subtracted from the total.
- If a customer is pregnant or has a disability that prevents them from returning items to our address, they must request that the TINYTIKES Exchange Department pick up the old item and drop off the exchange; the team will check the situation and inform the customer about the costs, which range Rs 350 for the major cities in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Baluchistan.
- (Only exchanges of clothing, not accessories, may be requested.) TinyTikes have the right to reject any requests for door-to-door exchanges. . For goods and items that have been harmed during delivery, TINYTIKES will not accept any responsibility. . Any exchange or refund request for the clearance sale will not be granted.
- Measurements are only offered as a guide. If there is a measurement error, TINYTIKES will not be responsible; nevertheless, the customer may return the item and seek an exchange within 7 days.
- Parcel holding is not allowed. Only completely advanced payment makes holding possible. Customer holding periods on advance payments are limited to two to three days.
Advance payment will not refund after due date
FOR EXCHANGE: Customers can alter the product's size or exchange it for another product as part of the exchange process.
FOR RETURN: Customers who request a return must provide their account information so that their refund can be processed using easy paisa, jazz cash, or a bank account. The refund process may require two working days.
